Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver, best to place an order in advance to avoid the hassle and find a time convenient to you.

Where are you based?

We supply throughout Sydney, Greater Western Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Canberra and New Castle and have 3 locations Homebush, Roselands and Kemps Creek .

How much are the delivery charges?

We try and keep our delivery costs as low as possible, but we also structure our pricing according to the actual costs. Delivery costs are based on distance, after hours and difficult to access locations. For a quote all us at 04 1646 9842.

Can I pick up?

Yes, you can pick up from either Homebush, Roselands and Kemps Creek. Confirmation and arrangements must be made through call prior to pick up.

Why do I have to pay a bond?

To ensure the safe handling of our equipment we charge a bond prior to renting out. This bond will be fully refunded as soon as our equipment is returned.

Whether any insurance covers are provided as part hire?

For the purpose of keeping our costs low and to pass on those saving to our valued customers, the business DO NOT maintain any public liability and or other insurance covers, and the customer as part of hire acknowledges, and accepts all the risks and responsibilities. Hence, no claim of any damages (neither permanent nor temporary) to the customer's, public or others property will be acknowledged, entertained, admitted or processed.

Do you set up my equipment?

We will set up & test marquees upon delivery. To keep our prices low for both the hire & delivery we cannot spend a great deal of time at one location, therefore we do not set up all other equipment. If you require set up of other equipment please contact us before your event and we can quote you for this.

Am I allowed to set up the equipment in a public space?

You should discuss with your local council to ensure you are permitted.

What if my party is at night?

You might need to rent for 2 days depending on the timing of you event, give us a call to discuss pick up/ delivery times. The hire of all items is for 24 hours only (unless hire for more than 24 hours). If the customer fails to return the items after 24 hours, the business reserves the right to adjust the hire charges for additional number of hours/days from the bond kept by us.
